Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern all services delivered by Revenuestage OG, including but not limited to AI chatbots, callbots, workflow automation, integrations, telephony automation, consulting, technical implementation, support, and ongoing subscription services.
By using our services, the customer accepts these Terms.

2. Service Description

Revenuestage OG provides AI-powered automation solutions based on third-party technologies such as OpenAI, n8n, telephony providers, hosting platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

Services may include:

  • Design, development and deployment of AI agents

  • Automation workflows and integrations

  • Voice and telephony automation

  • Hosting, monitoring, and support

  • Custom project development

  • Subscription-based software or automation services

Revenuestage may update or modify services at any time to maintain security, performance, legal compliance, or technical compatibility.

3. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Our systems rely on external providers (e.g., OpenAI, n8n, VoIP, hosting, APIs).
Therefore:

  • Revenuestage is not liable for downtime, failures, outages, delays, pricing changes, or functional limitations of third-party systems.

  • Any changes in third-party pricing may be forwarded to the customer.

  • The customer agrees to comply with all third-party usage policies.

4. AI Output Disclaimer (Critical Clause)

AI-generated output may be incorrect, unpredictable, inappropriate, or inaccurate.
Therefore:

  • Revenuestage is not responsible for the content generated by AI systems.

  • The customer retains full responsibility for reviewing, approving, and monitoring the bot’s outputs.

  • Revenuestage does not guarantee accuracy, correctness, legality, or completeness of AI responses.

This clause is essential and non-negotiable.

5. API Limits, Telephony Limits & Overuse Fees

Each plan or contract includes specific usage limits:

  • API requests (AI messages)

  • Workflow runs (n8n)

  • Call minutes or call attempts

  • Storage, hosting bandwidth, message volume

If the customer exceeds included limits:

  • Additional fees will be charged according to the current price list.

  • Revenuestage may temporarily restrict or suspend service if usage threatens system stability or causes excessive cost.

The customer is responsible for all usage generated by their users, employees, or connected systems.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Unless explicitly transferred in writing:

  • All prompts, automation workflows, scripts, integrations, structures, and frameworks created by Revenuestage remain the intellectual property of Revenuestage OG.

  • The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solution within their business.

  • Customers may not replicate, resell, decompile, or redistribute our systems without written permission.

Custom data provided by the customer remains their property.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

  • Provide accurate information and required access credentials

  • Ensure that all content used with the bot complies with applicable laws

  • Not use the service for harmful, illegal, or abusive purposes

  • Inform Revenuestage immediately of security breaches or misuse

  • Ensure correct configuration on their side (website, CRM, phone system, etc.)

The customer is responsible for content fed into or generated through the system.

8. Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All prices are in EUR, excluding VAT

  • Invoices are due within 14 days

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance

  • Late payments may result in suspension of service

Revenuestage may adjust prices with 30 days’ notice for subscriptions.

9. Support, Maintenance & SLA

Standard Support:

  • Response time: within 48 business hours

  • No 24/7 support unless explicitly agreed

  • Support includes bug fixing and reasonable adjustments

  • Larger changes or feature requests will be billed separately

Revenuestage is not obligated to maintain third-party integrations if external providers discontinue features or APIs.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect all non-public information.
Confidentiality obligations survive contract termination.

11. Data Protection & GDPR

Revenuestage processes personal data only in accordance with GDPR and its Privacy Policy.

The customer is responsible for:

  • ensuring their data usage is lawful

  • notifying their users of required data policies

  • avoiding prohibited personal data unless explicitly authorized

Revenuestage does not take liability for customer-side GDPR violations.

12. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify Revenuestage OG against claims arising from:

  • illegal content provided by the customer

  • misuse of AI outputs

  • excessive or abusive system usage

  • GDPR violations caused by the customer

13. Term & Termination

Project contracts end upon delivery and full payment.

Subscription contracts:

  • renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice

  • may be terminated immediately by Revenuestage for misuse or non-payment

No refunds for unused periods.

14. Liability Limitation

Revenuestage OG is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Excluded from liability:

  • indirect damages

  • financial losses

  • loss of profit

  • loss of data

  • AI-generated content

  • outages caused by third-party providers

Maximum liability is limited to the contract value of the last 30 days.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Innsbruck, Austria.

16. Severability

If any clause becomes invalid, the rest remains fully applicable.
